This is What I'm About.

I'm passionate about designing, developing, and optimising robots that profoundly impact and improve the human experience, our planet and the solar system. I value strong collaboration with peers and stakeholders and aim to design and create with excellence. I have both led and contributed to an array of successful multi-discipline projects in defence, mining and intelligence industries. I'm a qualified mechatronics engineer based in Australia, having completed my engineering degree with first class honours and computer science degree with distinction.

GRADUATE DESIGN ENGINEER

  • Full life-cycle design of products for customers from defence, resources, and commercial industries.

  • Design for plastic injection moulding, metal casting and 3D printing.

  • Prototyping of mechanical designs using 3D printed parts.

  • Prototyping of electro-mechanical systems for defence applications.

  • Quality control part inspections.

  • Part strength optimisation using SolidWorks Simulation (FEA) and manual analytical methods.

  • Daily collaboration with colleagues in the design, local and international manufacturing, logistics and sales teams.

  • Engaging directly with customer phone and email enquiries.

  • Providing customer quotes for design, 3D printing and manufactured parts.

  • Optimisation of a neural network (DeepSig Data Set) for classifying radio signals.

  • Digital twin for asset management in collaboration with RAC (Royal Automotive Club).

  • Sensor installation, web dashboard development and device communications.
